What is an independent insurance agent? "Independent insurance agents represent a number of insurance companies, or "carriers", and sell the products that most appropriately meet the needs of their clients. Independent agents are very well trained and knowledgeable of the complexities of the insurance market and insurance law. Their expertise allows them to advise their clients about appropriate amounts of insurance and insurance coverages for their particular needs."

As an independent agency, we specialize in providing products that are best for each client and situation. We maintain a vast product portfolio that enables us to be a premier partner for our clients. Founder, Robert L. Stump, has been licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Insurance since 1968. His agency was established in 1975 in Westerville, Ohio and moving it to its current home in Marion, Ohio in 1987. Robert has specialized in the Medicare market from the beginning (over 40 years) and prides himself on the transfer of knowledge he eludes to his clients. His nephew, Joe Stump, joined the agency in 2007 and has become partner and a key component to expanding the product portfolio for all the agency's clients. We have agents throughout Ohio to better position us in providing the one-on-one expertise each client deserves.

 

We have a legacy of long-standing clients and a commitment to customer service. Both Bob and Joe are active in the community and are always willing to assist individuals in understanding their current policies, their retirement plans and any changes that may be made to save money and earn additional income.

Education is a Must

We host training seminars to help educate both clients and beneficiaries in our central Ohio community. We are dedicated to knowledge transfer. We want our clients and their beneficiaries to be successful in understanding the Medicare Marketplace and the changes that affect us all.
